Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Included the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
- Identify and define customer demands, work with internal team to deliver solutions to meet highest customer satisfaction with quality result.
- Approach and develop large enterprise direct account - Telco & System Integrator, Data center / Cloud Service , HPC and related business opportunities to promote Supermicro Total solution.
- Create the quality pipelines with eco-system partners and promote company’s products/solution/services proactively.
- Build-up and maintain long-term partnership and relationships with existing and new customers.
Weekly update the progress and support needed.
Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent work experience preferably in high tech industry.
- Minimum 10 years of sales and business development experience is desirable.
- Requires a thorough knowledge of the x86 Server and Cloud/Data center business.
- Proven working experience as a server solution management/business development or a relevant role with strong data center/enterprise customer connections.
- Presentation skills, Teamwork skills, Communication & Negotiation skills, Problem-solving skills, Self-motivated, Customer service skills, Leadership skills, Analytical skills, and attention to details.
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales target.
Proficiency in English and 3rd language would be PLUS.
