Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Onsite service deployment including cabling and test.
- Help Desk for customer contact through omnichannel.
- Initial diagnosing based on failure description.
- Troubleshooting, and debugging issues.
- Return defective spare parts after replacement to proceed RMA process.
- Resolving customers issues and concerns for customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in EE or CE preferred, associate degree in engineering will be considered.
- 5-yrs experience of product repair/failure analysis in computing industry
- Basic level of English capability is required
