Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Onsite service deployment including cabling and test.
  • Help Desk for customer contact through omnichannel.
  • Initial diagnosing based on failure description.
  • Troubleshooting, and debugging issues.
  • Return defective spare parts after replacement to proceed RMA process.
  • Resolving customers issues and concerns for customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in EE or CE preferred, associate degree in engineering will be considered.
  2. 5-yrs experience of product repair/failure analysis in computing industry
  3. Basic level of English capability is required
