Job Summary:

In recent years, electronic circuits with higher data rate and lower voltage supply have enabled higher performances. However, this trend also causes significant DDR4/5 and PCIE Gen4/5 noise problems. As a global leader for networking solution innovation, Super Micro Computer's mission is to develop and provide the market with end-to end computing solution and high performance networking products. The candidate will play a key role in the development process of in-house server motherboards, by working collaboratively with cross-functional engineering team as well as outside partners to ensure the robust design of the boards. As a Sr. Signal Integrity Verification Engineer, you are expected to be self-motivated and possess a strong will to do great things, with result-driven mindset to develop the most competitive and endurance board products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Perform SI/PI simulations and validations for system levels.
  2. Working with electronics engineers for SI/PI issues and LAB debug.
  3. In charge of each assigned project for SI/PI performance reviews.
  4. SI/PI automation tool developments.

Qualifications:

  1. Over 5 years of relevant experience in the signal and power integrity field is preferred.
  2. Master's or Bachelor's degree in related fields.
  3. Familiar with SI/PI design tools such Pathwave ADS, ANSYS SIWave/HFSS, Cadence Sigrity.
  4. Familiar with TDR and VNA.
  5. Knowledge and experience for PCB layout tools.
  6. Preferred experiences on Allegro Skill.
  7. Self-motivated personality.
