Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Software Design & Development
  Develop OS-level tools for remote installation, monitoring, and control of racks and servers.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
  Work with hardware, QA, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth product delivery and mass production.
• CI/CD
  Maintain and enhance automated testing and deployment pipelines.
• Performance Tuning
  Identify and optimize inefficient software processes and code paths.
• Problem Solving & Debugging
  Use technical documentation and software tools to analyze and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Industry Background
  Experience in computer or IT-related industries.
• Education & Communication
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  Able to communicate in English during meetings and write technical emails or documents.
• Programming & Tools
  Familiar with one or more programming languages such as Python or Bash.
  Experience with CI/CD tools or frameworks such as Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, or FastAPI.
  Experience in developing your own programs or performance tuning is a plus.
• Work Attitude
  Active, responsible, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
• Teamwork
  Good at working and communicating with other departments.
• Travel
  Willing to travel abroad for projects (around one month or more if needed).
