Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define Supermicro RDHx product or other cooling solutions
• Development Supermicro RDHx or other cooling solutions
• Plan to promote these cooling products

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline, or with equivalent experiences.(PM/R&D/BD)
• 5 years of experience in high tech industry involved in product/project management ,liquid cooling product promotion ,or development ,even the component or fluid engineering
• Familiar with Chemical technology ,server architecture, key components ,thermal ,materials ,or software is preferred.
• Experience working in fast-paced global organization, ability to adapt to changes quickly.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills, able to lead and complete project under pressure and meeting aggressive deadline.
• it's not necessary to meet all the requirements ,just need to have one special expertise of the above items and can contribute to our product development or promotion.
