Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute system level and solution level benchmark testing and build proof of concepts based on latest Supermicro server products, data center technologies and enterprise solutions.
• Proactively research and apply new technologies and products to propose new solutions architectures.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners or key technologies providers to build up solutions on top of Supermicro system products.
• Actively participate in cross team efforts to design and engineer data center IT solution proposals, own and drive the technical execution to prove and showcase product strength and values, directly contribute in winning enterprise customer decision on RFI, and RFP.
• Facilitate discussions between engineering, product managers, service and technical support organizations to resolve customer technical issues and ensure operational excellence in post-sales system and solution deployments.
• Drive solution business strategy by executing end-to-end life cycle of solutions. Build the reference architectures, validate the solutions, promote to the customers, win the business and obtain solution proof points.

Qualifications:

• Education and/or Experience: BS/MS EE, CE or ME
• 5 years of server/storage system software and solution experience
• Enterprise customer facing experience would be a plus.
• Experiences in technical writing and good communication skills.
• Efficient cross-team communication and collaboration.  Program management skills.
• Good knowledge in server system/storage/networking architecture/technologies and OS concept required, and knowledge in datacenter or cloud computing a plus.
• Experiences in software programming a plus.  
• Fluent Chinese Mandarin and English kills. Other language skills a plus.
