Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    負責 Server、AI Server、GPU Server、HPC Cluster、Storage、Network 等系統的建置、測試、部署與日常技術支援。
    執行硬體與軟體問題排查，分析 OS、BMC、Driver、Kernel、Test Log，協助定位問題並提出改善方案。
    使用 Linux、Shell Script、Python 或 Ansible 進行測試自動化、系統檢查、Log Parsing 與資料整理。
    執行 Server、GPU、Storage、Network、HPC 與 AI workload 的測試、Benchmark 與效能分析。
    協助撰寫測試報告、SOP、Troubleshooting Guide 與技術文件。
    與產線、硬體、韌體、軟體、PM、FAE 及客戶跨部門合作，處理專案與技術問題。
    協助維護或開發內部測試、監控或管理工具。

Qualifications:

    熟悉 Linux 系統安裝、設定、操作與基本服務管理。
    具備 Shell Script 撰寫能力，熟悉 Python、Ansible 者佳。
    具備基本 SQL 查詢與測試資料整理能力。
    具備 Server、GPU Server、AI Server、HPC、Storage 或 Network 相關測試、維護或 Debug 經驗。
    熟悉 Intel、AMD 或 NVIDIA 平台與Server相關工具者佳，例如 CUDA、IPMI、Redfish。
    具備良好的問題分析、溝通協調與文件撰寫能力。
