Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<Job Summary>
We are establishing a US Talent Sourcer team based in Zhonghe and are seeking an experienced sourcing professional to join us. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with global sourcing or recruiting experience who excels at identifying high-caliber talent within the US market, particularly in the Bay Area.
In this position, you will partner closely with the US recruiting team to source, phone screen, and recommend top candidates to hiring managers. LinkedIn Recruiter will be your primary sourcing tool. The preferred working hours are aligned with US stakeholders, starting at 7:00 a.m., though a start time of 8:00~9:00 a.m. can also be accommodated.

<Essential Duties and Responsibilities>
1. Proactively source and attract top-tier talent for US-based roles using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
2. Develop, manage, and continuously strengthen talent pipelines for both current openings and future hiring needs, with a strong focus on passive candidates.
3. Review and evaluate resumes and online profiles to assess alignment with role requirements, market conditions, and hiring priorities.
4. Build meaningful relationships with high-potential candidates by engaging them effectively and communicating a compelling employer value proposition.
5. Serve as a key point of contact between candidates, hiring managers, and compensation partners, including providing support during salary discussions and negotiations.
6. Handle multiple requisitions across different functions in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
7. Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify job requirements, provide insights on talent availability, and refine sourcing approaches.
8. Ensure accurate, compliant, and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, while tracking sourcing activity and measuring effectiveness.
9. Share insights on US labor market trends, competitive landscapes, and talent availability to support informed hiring decisions.
10. Contribute to employer branding efforts through candidate engagement, market mapping, and sourcing-related insights.
11. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by applying intentional and targeted sourcing strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
2. At least 5 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or in a similar role, with strong end-to-end sourcing ownership.
3. Native-level or near-native fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work onsite in Zhonghe, preferably from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to support US stakeholders; an 8:00~9:00 a.m. start time is also acceptable.
5. Advanced expertise in sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards.
6. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
7. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to data accuracy.
8. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM platforms.
