Job Summary:

Are you passionate about web development? We have a great opportunity for a web developer who can create, customize and maintain the website's design and User Interface of the Supermicro website. In this role, you will have opportunity to edit and control the content which is being displayed on the website and continue to update with the emerging technologies and trends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy that effectively expresses our brand identity and aligns with our online presence and e-commerce objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as developers and product managers, to ensure technical feasibility and business goals.
• Create functional wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Utilize data tools to conduct user research and optimize and evolve designs accordingly.
• Create and maintain style guide of our design system that ensure company image consistency across platforms.
• Communicate design decisions effectively and justify design choices to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in UX strategy design in terms of website (both desktop and mobile versions)
• A portfolio should showcase a range of design projects, your design process, problem-solving abilities, and creativity.
• Experience with user testing and usability analysis.
• Experience in creating and managing style guide.
• Experience in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc. as well as UX deliverables such as wireframes or similar illustrations to explain UX ideas.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various functional teams such as web development, PM, design, etc.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Familiar with front-end development tech (HTML, CSS)
• Experience in initiating/ participating in global-scale web projects.
