Job Summary:

We are excited to recruit for a Staff Hardware Design Engineer who have passion on board level hardware design. In this role, you will have opportunity to collaborate with different engineers, design, debug and document. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Be proficient and expert in Networking product development:
1. Lead and deliver high-quality product designs for datacenter switch hardware.

2. Clarify and fix issues to co-work with FW RD for the code modification/maintenance.

3. Provide technical expertise and customer support for switch products.

4. Cross-functional collaboration to resolve the issues and ensure project milestones are met.

5. Lead projects from design to implementation, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with industry standards.

6. Support debugging, testing, and optimization activities across hardware and system levels.

7. Design document writing

8. Location: Zonghe/Bade

Qualifications:

7+ of the following requirements should be matched

• MS in EE or CS/CE preferred

• Proven experience in switch product hardware high-quality design and technical execution for 10+ years, Data Center switch is preferred.

• Knowledge in network topology application/configuration.

• Expertise in customer technical support with ability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.

• Demonstrated leadership in project management with successful on-time deliveries.

• Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Proficient in applying industry-standard methodologies, tools, and platforms.

• Tools Experience to be proficient in: Allegro/Oscilloscopes/Lattice Diamond tools/ Cadence/OrCAD schematic tool/Altera Quartus II/PSpice/PADS layout tool/PowerPCB/

Logical analyzer/Spectrum analyzer/PADS/Protel DXP
