Job Summary:
Join Supermicro as a Staffing Coordinator, where you will support the full recruitment lifecycle by creating requisitions, scheduling interviews, screening candidates, coordinating offers, and assisting with background checks and onboarding. This role also involves promoting career opportunities at Supermicro and providing administrative support to ensure an effective and streamlined hiring process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate recruitment processes, policies, and procedures to hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Review and screen resumes, identifying qualified candidates and presenting them to hiring managers.
- Develop and administer pre-screening and interview questions to effectively assess candidate qualifications.
- Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment and pre-employment process, providing timely updates and support.
- Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks, reference checks, and other screening requirements.
- Stay informed of current recruiting practices, employment legislation, and market trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in administration, staffing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred; HR or recruiting certifications are a plus.\
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.\
- Capable of supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate coordination, offer administration, and related recruiting activities.
