Job Summary:
The GTM Enablement Lead will be instrumental in supporting Supermicro’s sales organization in executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive growth and success. This role is responsible for ensuring the sales team is thoroughly prepared and equipped to execute GTM strategies across global markets. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in sales enablement, a solid understanding of the full GTM funnel, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and operational readiness across multiple teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
GTM Strategy Implementation:
- Develop and execute global GTM readiness plans that align with Supermicro’s solutions, sales strategy, product launches, and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, GTM Strategy & Growth, Business Intelligence, and Portfolio teams to design, optimize, and implement enablement programs that support critical growth levers.
- Identify areas for improvement within the sales process and implement targeted initiatives to enhance sales team effectiveness, efficiency, and revenue performance.
- Create certification mechanisms to validate sales team readiness (enablement → strategy → revenue performance) and align them with company goals.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to create training, content, and sales collateral for new product launches and GTM initiatives.
Training and Development:
- Integrate GTM readiness strategies into Supermicro’s core sales training and development programs, with a focus on improving team knowledge and capabilities by role.
- Coordinate with regional teams to deliver effective training, product workshops, sales playbooks, and other resources to ensure the success of the sales team across diverse global markets.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop and refine collateral, presentations, and tools that resonate with the field and drive engagement with customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8-10+ years of experience in sales enablement, with a proven track record of designing and leading successful programs aligned with GTM strategies.
- Expertise in working cross-functionally, with exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across departments.
- Previous experience working with channel partners and managing partner enablement programs is a plus
- Proven track record in sales enablement, sales operations, or similar roles, ideally in a global or technology-focused organization.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices within a tech environment.
- Demonstrated success in designing and delivering impactful sales training and enablement programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and other relevant software platforms.
- Experience using data to drive performance and decision-making, with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to define KPIs and metrics to track the effectiveness of GTM readiness programs.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, track sales performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Salary Range
$120,000 - $150,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
