Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This would be a highly skilled Technical Engineer that will be the Supermicro point of contact to provide onsite technical training for a team of service desk teams and be the point of contact of any escalation that requires a highly skilled technical intervention. This candidate will also be the point of contact for all quality related services matters by ensuring a detailed review of samples of tickets and provide feedback to the service desk teams on how to improve service delivery. This candidate will be required to provide daily, weekly and monthly operational reports to show case how customers are being serviced and meeting service levels as well as technical service teams reporting to show efficiency and good.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree – Computer Science or equivalent

PMP Certified

Technical training experience – Related to Supermicro products – Servers , Networking

Technical Training and support experience

Great communication skills (English) and customer service skills
