Job Summary:

1. Production process monitoring and assist CM with MP production transfer, stability and ready for final release.
2. Coordinate with function team to improve production yield rate.
3. Familiar with quality control system and ensure product requirement implementation accuracy at CM side.
4. Preliminary failure analysis of process/ component defect to assist CM detect root cause and background data collection.
5. Tracking CM/supplier’s improvement report, review feasibility and corrective action execution
6. Professional and skill of PCBA processes (incl. SMT, DIP, Assembly, Testing, Packing…etc.).
7. Professional and skill of electronic components, PCB material, Plastic material, and Mechanical parts.
8. Strong background and experience with Quality Assurance and issue handling.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

1. Education and/or Experience: BSEE,BSCS,MSEE,MSCS, BSEM, MSEM with less than 2 years of hands-on experience on PCB assembly process
2. Language Skills: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
3. Good knowledge of computer or electronic components or devices
4. Good knowledge of computer or electronic components testing and inspection
