Job Summary:

As a global leader for networking solution innovation, Super Micro's mission is to develop and provide the market with end-to end computing solution and high performance networking products. The Assistant Production Manager will be responsible for all aspects of production activities in the manufacturing area, assisting the Production Manager to oversee the overall operation in the manufacturing area. You will bring your expertise, experience and insight to mature our processes, play a crucial role in meeting the daily target while maintain the quality targets. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is ready to work beyond boundaries and capable to do what it takes to meet the production goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Arrange production schedule according to incoming quantity, track production progress and follow up.

2. Write visual inspection and functional test SOPs based on inspection specifications or documents.

3. Assist operators in troubleshooting problems encountered during production.

4. Implement ESD protection, 5S sorting, and inspection instrument maintenance management.

5. Problem reporting and tracking.

Qualifications:

1. Education and/or Experience: BSEE, MSEE with less than 3~5 years of hands-on experience in computer manufacturing and/or IQC computer materials management.
2. Language Skills: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
3. Good knowledge of computer or electronic components or devices
4. Good knowledge of computer or electronic components testing and inspection
