Job Summary

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive management of Human Resource-related matters, encompassing the development of recruiting plans, payroll administration, and conducting compensation reviews and strategy formulation.
  • Proactively address and resolve inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures, such as compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR applications.
  • Actively participate in HR projects and undertake additional tasks as assigned by the HR head.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or higher in relevant academic disciplines; proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages is essential.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR roles, with responsibility for overseeing all aspects of HR affairs.
  • Demonstrated strong communication and problem-solving abilities, along with conflict management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
