Job Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Daily order and shipment Arrangement.
  a.Consolidate and verify the shipping arrangement based on order confirmation.
  b.Confirm order status and schedule to Packing/Trucking team.
  c.Book with SMC or customer forwarder & prepare shipping docs. for customs process.
  d.Truck arrangement for pick-up schedule.
  e.Customs affairs with forwarder or customs broker.
  f.File & maintain shipping document and records.

2. Co-work with Receiving/Inventory/Logistics team at warehouse, as well as external dept. like Production/Sales/Buyer/RMA and others to fulfill shipping demand.
3. Timely response to urgent request, deal with abnormal orders & shipment return.
4. Comply with embargo and restricted policy to hold orders to forbidden countries.
 

Qualifications:

1.Diploma in business administration, Logistics management, international trading or other relevant territory. Bachelor’s degree or above is a plus for this position.
2.At least 5Y experience of shipping in Malaysia locally. 
3.Familiar with INCO term 2020, import/export procedure & customs affairs in Malaysia.
4.Strong knowledge of Customs Valuation, Rules of Origin and Harmonized Tariff Classification.
5..Basic computer skills (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint, etc.)
6.Basic understanding in warehouse operation, SAP/WMS experience is a plus.
7.Look into detail, careful. Able to work under pressure and urgent situation.
8.Good interpersonal skill in working with relevant parties.
