What You'll Do

  • Field Work & Repairs: Primarily work in a Datacenter environment, providing on-premise repair and maintenance of server systems at customer facilities.
  • Issue Resolution: Determine technical issues, research solutions, and resolve problems through effective troubleshooting and escalation as needed.
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers to clarify issues, fulfill requests, and ensure the timely resolution of technical problems.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with engineers, account managers, and other technical teams to improve service quality and contribute to training materials and fault triage.
  • Flexibility: Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of customers and the business.

What You'll Bring

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience, including military or CLEP qualifications.
  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience with server systems (Supermicro, EMC, DELL, HP).
  • Skills: Strong customer service skills, conflict resolution experience, and proficiency in touch-typing (40+ WPM).
  • Technical Knowledge: A background in Linux or networking is a plus.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 15 days per year as required.
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • In-Office Requirement: Regular in-office attendance is required for team collaboration, meetings, and training sessions.

Salary Range

$24.00/hr - $42.00/hr 

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
