Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Own the onsite service sections of RFPs, RFIs, and customer proposals for APAC.
• Review customer RFP requirements related to SLA, response time, coverage hours, escalation, spare parts, and onsite support model.
• Define clear and executable service scope, assumptions, and exclusions for each proposal.
• Work closely with Sales to ensure service commitments are realistic and aligned with regional service capability.
• Coordinate with HQ RFP and service teams to review, align, and finalize service responses.
• Support RFP clarification calls and follow-up questions related to onsite service.
• Act as a service interface between Sales, TAMs, Field Service, and HQ teams.
• Ensure smooth handover from RFP approval to service execution.
• Support continuous improvement of service proposal templates and standard service offerings.
• Participate in regular RFP review and alignment meetings.
• Ensure APAC service messaging is consistent with global service strategy.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in solution management, pre-sales, product management, technical account management, or related roles in enterprise IT environments.
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise servers, storage, networking, and data center infrastructure.
• Proven experience responding to RFPs and RFIs, including solution design, service scope definition, and customer requirement analysis.
• Ability to translate complex technical and operational requirements into clear, executable service proposals.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with Sales, Service, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Solid project and program management experience; PMP certification or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing and internal alignment.
• Experience working across APAC regions and collaborating with global teams.
