Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Support and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role bridges the gap between technical support and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations in a dynamic IT environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting technical teams, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and maintaining organized records of logistics and administrative tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage schedules, documentation, and communication for the onsite service team.

Maintain and organize files, databases, and records of inventory and assets.

Coordinate shipping, receiving, and tracking of IT equipment and parts.

Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and procurement.

Work with engineer, TAM, PM, ACCT, and RMA for needed reports and inventory reconciliation.

Ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment to meet project deadlines.

Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware and software issues as needed.

Assist in deploying IT systems and equipment in collaboration with the technical team.

Qualifications:

Four years experience working in the IT industry preferred.

Bachelor's degree is highly desirable but not required.

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Familiarity with IT systems, hardware, and basic troubleshooting.

Experience with inventory and logistics management.

Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Google Suite, database management, inventory tracking software, and ticketing systems.

Excellent communication skills to interact with vendors and team members.
