Job Summary:

Supermicro is looking for a highly-experienced, successful and proven Business Development Manager to sell Supermicro's broad portfolio of server solutions to large enterprise customers. Business Development Manager will possess the expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes involving complex, multi-portfolio, large deals. The ideal candidate must have a strong, credible and professionals working relationship with C-Level executives at current and past clients, plus the ability to create similar synergies at new accounts. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will also drive the business engaging with the end users, generating demand and fulfilling the projects through the right channel. This position will be located in home-based.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Job specific tasks and duties.
• Develop end user projects, new partner relationships
• Open direct accounts or route deals through the channel
• Able to drive projects to success throughout the complete sales cycle
• Achieve high customer satisfaction  
• Develop relationship with Supermicro technology partners when needed 

- Must have the ability to work from a remote home office

Qualifications:

College degree or equivalent work experience required
• Strong sales skills (will do local background check)
• At least 3-5 years of sales experience and large deals management
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding assigned jobs
• Flexibility in work schedule (to work with US in the evening) is a must 
• Must be a self-starter with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and eager to grow with the company
