Job Summary:

Supermicro B.V is currently seeking a Product Manager/Buyer for Strategic Product who is self-motivated, energetic and detail-oriented to support our fast growing organization. A successful candidate will be able to move and adapt quickly to changing needs, manage multiple initiatives, engage at all executive levels both inside Supermicro and with our partner. This position will be a member of the dynamic Purchasing team in the company’s EMEA headquarter in s’-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Job specific tasks and duties.
-    Plan and execute procurement of responsible product based on sales Forecast and market trend, provide on-time material procurement with continuous improvement approach to quality and inventory control.
-    Interact with different stakeholders internally (Product managers, Program managers, sales) to maintain healthy inventory level and promote responsible product to enlarge company business.
-    Review supplier's roadmap and pricing trends, recommend the most competitive solutions based on Super Micro's own product line and supply availability
-    Prepare FCST to vendors for prior supply preparation. 
-    Coordinate and/or organize trainings & events to promote main stream products. 
-    Maintain, improve, and review vendor relationship & performance. 
-    Daily operations and Data Maintenance & analysis
-    Other projects and tasks assigned based on business needs

Qualifications:

-    Bachelor degree is required, Engineering, Supply Chain or Business major background is preferred.
-    Minimum of 3 years related working experience, ideally in server/workstation hardware or related industry.
-    Skilled user of Microsoft Office applications, experienced in SAP/MRP system is preferred.
-    Excellent in English, Chinese speaking is a plus. 
-    Detail oriented and able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment.
-    Team player with strong organizational skills and result-oriented sense of work, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve a common goal
-    Good mathematical, analysis and communication ability.
