Job Summary:

Super Micro Computer B.V. is seeking a Repair assistant manager who is responsible for repair and failure analysis of Supermicro products that improve product quality and support to found the issue in earlier stage. This position will be located in the EMEA headquarters in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform repair of motherboards, backplane, AOCs
• Trouble shooting, support technician to fix the issues
• Failure analysis defect boards
• Perform and arrange hardware rework
• Take lead of repair team and support management of department

Qualifications:

• 5 years related experience
• Good failure analysis and soldering skill
• Good communication skill
• Self-management and sense of responsibility
