Job Summary:

Are you looking for a challenging manager role in a fast pace environment? We have an immediate need for an Assistant Production Manager, to assist the Production Manager in organizing and supervising work in the Production Department. In this role, you will be heavily involved in planning, directing, and coordinating the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications and safety procedures . At the same time, you will be developing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with all other departments in order to meet production goals. The position comes with responsibility for the line output performance and resource optimization and management that are tracked by goals and targets established by management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily output plan and production schedule, product quality yields and inventory control

• Oversee the product engineering and standard operating procedure

• Understand customer requirement and formulate delivery plan

• Manage and supervise team members to meet corporate operating rules and policy

• Continuous improvement in all aspect of production operations

• Conducts new hire and ongoing training in all production departments

• Other management assigned duties and tasks

Qualifications:

• BS degree or higher preferred 

• 5+ years of relative work experience in electronic or computer industry preferred 

• Solid understanding of server or computer system assembly

• Exprience with basic mechanical knowledge, computer or electronic components testing and inspection

• Strong analytical skills as well as computer skills

• Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness

• Ability to comprehend English both spoken and written

• Ability to work overtime and weekends depending on business demands
