Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator that can work closely with all related departments to meet priority on customer's requests on a daily basis. This position needs to follow work instructions in order to carry out the assignments correctly to meet tight schedules. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receiving, Packing and Shipping the shipment of products, primarily systems.
• Managing products and items belonging to RMA in the warehouse.
• Provide support to RMA colleagues when needed.

Qualifications:

• Vocational school certificate or college degree required
• Education Level: minimum MBO level 4
• Working experience: 1-3 years
• English proficiency: Good
• Reasoning ability: Very good
