Job Summary:

Super Micro Computer B.V. is looking for a Facilities Planner that support the operations of facilities our internal clients. The Facilities Planner shall play a key role in the day-to-day operations of facilities with direct support to our management, administration, planning and execution for all of our facility related projects to meet our stakeholder requirements and objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assume the day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring all services are effectively delivered and facility needs are met, including janitorial, life-safety, and general maintenance.
  • Manage service contracts in a cost-effective manner, including oversight of service delivery, performance monitoring, and periodic reviews.
  • Help to supervise the facility team in maintaining the interior and exterior conditions, appearance, and operational performance of all facilities.
  • Ensure the facility staffs consistently provide prompt, professional, and positive responses to requests from clients and building tenants/occupants.
  • Develop facility and office project work plans and forecasts to support capital expenditure requirements, including base building systems (HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, roofing, roadways, and parking areas).
  • Provide organizational, analytical, and strategic support to managers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years related experience.
  • 4 year college degree (Business, Industrial Engineering or related field).
  • Knowledge of demand management/forecast tools/processes in sales, marketing operations,  manufacturing.
  • Prior experience establishing Manufacturing assembly and operation processes.
  • 2+ years programming experience preferred.
  • Good communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and detail oriented.
