Job Summary:
Super Micro Computer B.V. is looking for a result-oriented senior Human Resources professional who possesses a solid skill set and experience. The person holding this key position must be an effective business partner with strong collaboration, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills who has demonstrated the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. The desired candidate will have a successful track record as a HRBP/HR Manager including strengths in talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation, policies, compliance, employee relations as well as international human resources related projects. This position will be based out of our EMEA office in 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands and will be interacting with all levels of management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business leaders to identify business issues and develop HR solutions to support business in achieving its goals
- Provide day to day advisory and coaching to managers/team leaders in all human resources areas
- Parter with Global Recruitment team to achieve hiring targets of the EMEA region and ensure the quality of new hires
- Source and build candidate pipelines for technical and professional positions
- Manage the internal hiring processes efficiently and provide excellent candidate experience
- Provide training to new managers regarding the company recruitment process and system
- Develop and deliver learning programs that are key in supporting the achievement of business strategies through individual and group development sessions
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensure HR practices remains in compliance with local employment laws and regulations
- Lead and implement different HR projects throughout EMEA region and achieve project goals in an effective manner
- Investigate, resolve, and document employee relationship cases
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 years HR experience including global or international project leadership, with 2 or more years of high-volume recruitment experience
- Experience in Electronics Manufacturing companies preferred
- Extensive knowledge and practical application of local employment laws in EMEA countries
- Familiar with Radford and Mercer compensation survey
- Ability to work independently, resourcefully, and flexibly
- Excellent interpersonal, persuasive, written/verbal communication, planning, organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate a high level of coaching and consulting skills
- Strong business acumen with hands-on mentality
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast pace and dynamic environment, able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- HR systems experience with ATS, SuccessFactors and ADP
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or equivalent education and/or experience. HR certification is a plus
- Fluent in English, other language skill is a plus
