Job Summary:
To support Supermicro's continued growth across the EMEA region, we are looking for a dynamic, result-driven Senior Human Resources professional with strong expertise in both talent acquisition and HR business partnership to join our team.
The ideal candidate will bring a successful track record in roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or Talent Acquisition Partner with demonstrated strengths in end-to-end recruitment, business partnership, talent managment, compensation & benefits, policies implementation, employee relations and international HR innitiatives. This position will be based out of our EMEA office in 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands and will involve regular interaction with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational challenges and deliver HR solutions that support business objectives and growth.
- Collaborate with the Global Recruitment Team to meet hiring targets across the EMEA region and ensure high standards in the quality of new hires.
- Source and build strong candidate pipelines for different functions, including sales, technical and professional positions.
- Manage internal recruitement processes efficiently while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
- Train and support hiring managers on recruitement processes and systems to enhance hiring effectiveness and consistency.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and regulations across the EMEA region.
- Lead and drive HR projects across EMEA to successfull completion and alignment with organizational goals.
- Foster strong employee relations and help maintain a positive, engaging, and high-performing team enviornment.
Note: Approximately 75% of the role will focus on Talent Acquisition, with 25% dedicated to HR Business Partnering responsiblities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including global or European HR generalist responsiblities, with at least 2 years in high-volume recruitment.
- Experience in Electronics Manufacturing companies is preferred
- In-depth knowledge and practical application of local employment laws in EMEA countries
- Familiar with Radford or Mercer compensation surveys
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, resourcefully, and flexibly in a dynamic enviroment
- Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, planning, organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong business acumen combined with a hands-on mentality
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
- Experience with HR systems, including ATS and SuccessFactors
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
