Job Summary:
The Solutions Service Analyst will report to the Sr. Manager or Logistics Manager in the Global Services team. This position will assist in service order processing and spare parts delivery and retrieval support and be responsible for invoice verification and review, as well as researching and resolving services setup questions and issues for the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Processing and reviewing spare parts provisioning
• Receiving, unpacking, delivering of server related goods
• Monitor and maintain inventory stock levels for service spare parts
• Processing invoices and purchase requests for service spare parts and depots
• Checking in and out spare parts
• Monitor and help manage reverse logistics
• Document and improve processes for inventory control
• Routine administrative work including data entry, labeling, and inventory counting
• Work with various internal teams including accounting, shipping, and RMA to track and monitor the stock at all the service inventory locations and reconcile any discrepancies
• Work with 3PL partners to resolve logistics issues and discrepancies
Qualifications:
• B.S. or B.A. preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of services/financial planning and analysis experience from high growth firm in the high-tech manufacturing industry preferred
• Must be detail oriented
• Must be self-motivated, flexible, deadline-oriented and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Must be able to identify and resolve services and related issues timely
• Excellent organization skills with multi-tasking abilities
• Demonstrated ability to interface and work with a wide variety of individuals at all levels
• Strong planning, analytical and problem solving skills
• Knowledge and experiences in customer support
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office skills, specifically MS Excel, Work, Visio, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Oracle and SAP
• Willing to travel internationally
