Voor onze vestiging in Nederland (s-'Hertogenbosch) zijn wij op zoek naar een Supply Chain Coordinator ter uitbreiding van ons huidige team op de service afdeling. Supermicro is al meer dan 30 jaar een begrip op het gebied van Moederborden, Servers en totaaloplossingen, waarbij wij op basis van servicecontracten service verlenen aan grote klanten in diverse branches.

Over de functie:

Als Supply Chain Coordinator maak je deel uit van het Supermicro Service Team in EMEA en help je mee aan het opbouwen van een serviceorganisatie van wereldklasse.

Het constant analyseren van benodigde voorraden en de huidige voorraden in onze depots in EMEA zullen een dagelijkse bezigheid zijn waar jij je energie helemaal in kwijt kunt.

In de dagelijkse gang van zaken maak je deel uit van het servicedesk team en specifiek van het logistieke team en weet je door analyse en kennis onze voorraad efficientie op zo effectief mogelijk niveau te houden.

De functie is vrijgekomen vanwege groei binnen het bedrijf, waardoor we ons team willen uitbreiden met een nieuwe collega die meebouwt aan ons succes.

For our location in the Netherlands (s-'Hertogenbosch) we are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to expand our current team in the service department. Supermicro has been a household name for over 30 years in the field of Motherboards, Servers and total solutions, where we provide service to large customers in various industries on the basis of service contracts.

About the position:

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be part of the Supermicro Service Team in EMEA and help build a world-class service organization.

Constantly analyzing needed supplies and current inventories in our depots in EMEA will be a daily activity in which you can put all your energy.

In the daily routine, you will be part of the service desk team and specifically the logistics team and know how to keep our stock efficiency at the most effective level through analysis and knowledge.

The position is vacant due to growth within the company, so we are looking to expand our team with a new colleague to help build our success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Essentiële taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

• Het dagelijks analiseren van de huidige voorraden in onze systemen.
• Dagelijks de nieuwe orders onderwerpen aan een calculatie om zo de voorraad op peil te houden.
• Identificeren van onnodige voorraden, eventueel herplaatsing bepalen of samen met het team plannen deze terug te halen.
• Dagelijks de voorraden die “gereplenished” moeten worden calculeren en in de systemen klaarzetten.
• Dit is een nieuwe functie en zal in het eerste jaar aanzienlijk groeien en zullen er taken bijkomen.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Daily analysis of current stock levels in our systems.
• Submit new orders to daily estimation to maintain stock levels.
• Identify unnecessary inventories, determine repositioning if necessary or plan with the team to retrieve them.
• Calculate and prepare stocks to be "replenished" daily in the systems.
• This is a new position and will grow significantly in the first year and interesting tasks will be added.

Qualifications:

Nederlands

• Een logistieke opleiding op minimaal MBO niveau (Gewenst), maar vergelijkbare kennis verkregen door ervaring wordt minstens zo gewaardeerd.
• Ervaring in Voorraadbeheer van minimaal 3 jaar (Gewenst)
• Zeer goed georganiseerde persoonlijkheid en je comfortable voelen met het uitvoeren van meerdere taken.
• Goed cijfermatig inzicht.
• Uitstekende vaardigheden in Excel en andere office programma’s.
• Weten hoe je datahistorie/raportages bijhoudt in een gedegen archivering.
• Zeer vaardig met database talen, MySQL en SQL.
• Een basiskennis van computer/hardware is een pré.
• Kunnen werken in een uitdagende, dynamische en snelle omgeving. Je moet oplossingsgericht en vaardig zijn, een teamspeler die problemen tijdig kan identificeren, signaleren en proactief oplossingen kan aandragen.
• Effectieve werkrelaties met anderen opbouwen en onderhouden.
• Je bent representatief, hebt een geldig rijbewijs B en woont binnen een straal van 40 km van 's-Hertogenbosch om 5 keer per week naar kantoor (Maandag tot Vrijdag) te komen

• A logistics education, at least MBO level (desired), but comparable knowledge gained through experience is equally valued.
• Experience in Inventory management of at least 3 years (Desired)
• A very well-organized personality and comfortable with performing multiple tasks.
• Well versed in numeracy
• Excellent skills in Excel and other MS office programs.
• Know how to maintain data history/reports in thorough filing/record keeping.
• Highly proficient with database languages, MySQL and SQL.
• A basic knowledge of computer/hardware is a plus.
• Able to work in a challenging, dynamic and fast-paced environment. You must be solution-oriented and skilled, a team player who can identify problems in a timely manner, flag them and proactively propose solutions.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
• You are representative, have a valid driving license B and live within a 40 km radius of 's-Hertogenbosch to come to the office 5 times per week (Monday to Friday)
