Job Summary:

We have an immediate opening for a Production Supervisor to join our assembly team responsible for building of Supermicro products that meet product quality requirements and shipment deadlines. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Production Supervisors responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

• Responsible for scheduling control

• Maintain material control and quality control

• Responsible for other duties on assembly line

• Oversee and coach employees

• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements

• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

Qualifications:

• High School degree, college degree preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of relative working experience in electronic or computer industry preferred
• Solid understanding of computer system assembly
• Possess basic mechanical knowledge
• Familiarity with computer or electronic components testing and inspection
• Experience with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness
• Ability to comprehend spoken and written English
• Ability to work overtime and weekends depending on business demands

• Standing, walking, sitting, talking/listening, crouching or crawling, reaching with hands and arms
• Lift, carry, push and pull in excess of 25 pounds
