Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to drive AI-focused business development by identifying prospects, architecting full-stack AI factory solutions, and closing complex deals across industries such as healthcare, finance, and government. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge in AI infrastructure, a consultative sales approach, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and pipeline growth in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospective customers in industries investing heavily in AI (e.g., healthcare, finance, datacentres, government sectors etc). Highly valued experience in our profitable target growth segments of Enterprise and Telco.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs, advise on AI factory architectures (GPU clusters, high-performance storage & networking), and recommend tailored solutions. Lead discovery sessions with customers to understand their AI goals; architect full-stack AI factory solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Continuously develop new sales opportunities and improve the sales motion through various methods.
  • Deal Closing: Lead negotiations, create commercial offers, and manage the contracting process to closure. Meet / exceed assigned individual revenue billings and revenue opportunity pipeline quota.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical engineers, solution architects, product managers, delivery teams, legal, finance, and marketing to deliver comprehensive proposals and high-impact presentations.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep up-to-date with AI trends, competitive offerings, and technological advancements.

 

Accountabilities:

  • Be responsible for maintaining the sales account, providing technical and administrative product information, and performing daily office and office maintenance tasks, e.g. Writing correspondence, coordinating, entering data, offers, and process documents.
  • Drive sales of server solutions to new and existing clients – initially supporting current team whilst building own skillset to then.
  • Monitor stocks, track ETA with buyers.
  • Act as a link between sales, purchasing, production, procurement, and logistics.
  • Support with internal project coordination between sales and non-sales departments.
  • Enter, monitor, and communicate directly with customers regarding the status of their orders, easing credit issues and negotiating returns.
  • Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects.
  • Provide regular client updates and reporting to management, ensuring alignment on goals and progress.
  • Generate leads.
  • Travel to client meetings as necessary.
  • Additional tasks at the request of the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Desire to grow into B2B enterprise sales, preferably in AI, HPC, data centers, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Knowledge and desire to become proficient in server, storage and management solutions, knowledge in Cloud data centers and the enterprise IT environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in Business or Management is an advantage.
  • Strong drive to learn / development an ability to proactively sell in a consultative, high value technology stack within a multicultural / global environment.
  • Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies.
  • Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and diverse culture.
  • Native / Professional fluency in English is required, both written and spoken. Additional European languages preferred.
