Job Summary:

Supermicro is looking for a Sales Support Administrator who can be the direct contact for Supermicro's field sales team and provide support by processing orders, monitoring inventory, and following up on ETA with purchasers. If you have prior order processing experience and you thrive in a high volume, fast paced environment, then we want you to be a part of the Supermicro team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily support of Sales Team for assigned customers and act as back-up for other Sales Support members if needed.
  • Responding to inquiries such as order status, shipment schedules, product availability and pricing.
  • Creating backorder reports with ETA/ETD/LT information gathered and continuous follow-up of ETD and ETA of products and goods while communicating with customers on the status of their order and related order information.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders (Production, Accounting, Purchasing and RMA) to keep track of order schedules and to expedite and assist Sales team.
  • Assist Sales in processing orders to grow Sales revenue.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; AA degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years’ tech industry experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, knowledge of CRM is a plus.
  • Proven ability to effectively identify and resolve issues.
