Job Summary:

Supermicro is looking for a Solution Manager responsible for solutions revenue and customer retention; possess a "big picture" mind set. Able to collaborate globally with ability to always think beyond current project / effort. Organizing technical resources within the company to address customers' needs proactively; Perform duties with a consultative based mindset Seek to understand and resolve challenges by collaborate with internal business partners and product management team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the activities in remote countries to ensure proper customer services.
  • Prepare and monitor coverage of the team being able to execute their tasks.
  • Working with cross-functional teams and business partners on customer-facing capacity including resolvement of issues and regular contact points.
  • Onboarding of new customers.
  • Establish rapport and knowledge about customers’ contacts and decision-makers to ensure quality of service delivery.
  • Working with cross-functional team and business partners on customer-facing capacity.
  • Support the partners in EMEA with the team by reviewing their servicing performance and help them on customer RFPs (Request For Proposal).
  • Propose and promote new services solutions with a Quality of Service mindset.
  • Identify opportunities or gaps and provide feedback for Products, Services, and Rack Integration Solution improvement.
  • Travel for customer engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or with equivalent experiences.
  • English is required, other languages are welcome.
  • Minimum of 5  years of  experience in the IT industry, working with partners and sales.
  • Experience with IT Enterprise Infrastructure services (Linux, Windows OS, Network and Storage) Applications and Data Center Operations.
  • Strong interpersonal, project management, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple levels of an organization and external partners delivering desired results.
  • Ability to use project management skill to work in projects to accomplish key milestones and execute deliverables.
  • Demonstrate strong listening, verbal, and documentation skills.
  • Customer Focus and Quality of Product/Service mindset.
  • Ability to travel for partner and customer engagements.
