Job Summary:

We are seeking a Solution Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the Edge Computing, Telecom, and AI/GPU industries. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to deeply understand client needs, architect competitive solutions that meet technical specifications, and deliver exceptional service. Key responsibilities include identifying market trends, driving customer engagement, making solution proposals, and managing end-to-end issue tracking by collaborating with internal engineering teams and external stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and present high-quality training materials for the internal sales force and external customers.
• Work closely with Sales, FAE, and Product teams to design and propose Edge AI (GPU-based), Telecom, and Edge Computing (x86/ARM-based) solutions tailored to customer demands.
• Build and maintain a robust network of professional relationships, including executive management at customer sites, prospects, and strategic partners.
• Exercise strong project management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives involving product management and field teams
• Drive technical issues to resolution by engaging with MBD, Chassis, BIOS, and IPMI engineering teams.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interface effectively with customers' project managers and deployment engineers
• Deep understanding of Edge AI, Edge Computing, and Edge Storage markets, requirements, and emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with x86 / ARM system-level architecture in Enterprise applications is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) preferably in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in Server, Storage, Edge Computing, IoT/Embedded Systems.
• Willingness to travel within Europe as required to support business objectives.
