Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to oversee a variety of complex projects in the IT, cloud computing, and server solutions domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing technology-focused projects, ensuring timely delivery, and driving teams towards achieving project goals while maintaining a high standard of quality. This role requires technical acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to deliver impactful results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop high-performing project teams by providing clear direction, purpose, and motivation.
  • Lead projects from initiation through deployment, defining schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Analyze project statuses and, when required, adjust the scope, schedule, or budget to meet evolving requirements.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, offering regular updates on project progress and addressing any changes.
  • Define and maintain processes for scope management throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
  • Oversee the integration and management of multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects.
  • Build and nurture partnerships with third-party vendors and researchers to maximize project outcomes.
  • Assign and monitor resources effectively to ensure project efficiency and optimize deliverables.
  • Communicate project outcomes and risks to senior management, escalating issues as necessary and according to the project plan.
     

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • A minimum of 4 years of project management experience, preferably in IT infrastructure, software development, or related fields.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of server solutions, cloud computing, and IT systems.
  • Experience with developing web technologies and software platforms with a focus on usability and scalability.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
