Job Summary:

Supermicro Computer B.V. is currently seeking a Test Engineer to join the Racks Solutions team, who can assist in product development, testing and product debugging. This individual will be required to work cross-department and assist R&D Engineers and product managers as needed in product development tasks by providing Open Box Testing for production, warehouse, rack integration and server sample tests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform Testing for production, warehouse, rack integration and server sample systems.
• Review and analyze failure logs, and follow up with related personnel.
• Work with cross-functional teams for system testing and assist in product development.
• Generate test report and record the complete test process, configuration, findings and results periodically.
• On-Site Installation/Testing occasionally.
• Help on QC for Rack Projects occasionally.

Qualifications:

• BSCS/BSCE/EE or MSCS/MSCE/MSEE is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills at Linux server system testing and debugging.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Dedication, Job responsibility are must for this job.
• Skill on Shell Scripts/Python/ Selenium/Redfish/Network (Ethernet/Infiniband) is a plus.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and able to generate test report.
• Strong attention to details, including accuracy and thoroughness.
• Solid communications skills both verbal and written.
• Able to work independently and be a good team player.
• Experience with rack-level deployment is a plus.
• Listen/Speak/Read/Write English fluently.
• 2+ years at server testing field is a plus.
