Job Summary:

In a fast paced environment like production, the supervisor is an integral part of the manufacturing process. They must be competent and comprehend complex operations. In this role, you will be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs. The goal is to ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner. As a Testing Supervisor, you will be responsible to oversee our production operations by ensuring that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Testing Supervisors responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

• Responsible for scheduling control

• Maintain material control and quality control

• Responsible for other duties on assembly line

• Oversee and coach employees

• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements

• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in engineering field, EE or CS preferred
   
• Minimum 5+ years related experience
   
• Familiar with DOS / UEFI and Window operating system. Linux is a plus
   
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
   
• Good verbal communications and strong organizational skills
   
• Self-discipline, enthusiastic, creative and persistent to serve the company
   
• Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness
   
• Ability to work overtime and weekends depending on business demands
   
• Strong verbal communication skill, ability to work well with others collaboratively and individually
   
• Individual must be able to work effectively in a high pressure and fast-pace environment
