Job Summary:

Supermicro Computer is looking for Testing Team Leader who is familiar with Testing process in fast pace mass production environment and responsible for developing strategic production test plan, and operation procedure. This position needs to assist keeping daily production test operation and consolidate the testing report under minimal or no supervision. The candidate would also need to analyze complex data, troubleshoot and diagnose failed boards, and false isolation. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot all products from our assembly line and RMA.
• Test and identify defective area(s) and enter information into RMA Repair database.
• Execute ECO, BIOS and FW upgrades; adhere to standard testing procedures and schedule to meet daily demand and quality.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Adhere to company and Production department’s policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties, as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in production and testing environment
• Good knowledge Window and Linux OS is mandatory, Familiar with database is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal communications and organizational skills, must be attention to details
• Have strong sense of self discipline and responsibility, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
