Job Summary:

Supermicro has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our warehouse and distribution centers. This position will oversee the daily processes of the warehouse and may be assigned to one or more areas of focus. As Warehouse Supervisor, you must be a leader with excellent communication skills, drive, and performance quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand and familiar with all jobs regarding to be in charge of the team.
• Backup / assist team member(s) if needed.
• Mentoring/educate member(s) who making mistake(s).
• Arrange well the workload of the team.
• Complete additional duties which may be assigned by management. 
• Make sure all daily jobs are done by the end of day.
• Well communicate with office. 
• Optimize the working process smoothly and prevent the mistake.
• Follow company warehouse policies, procedures and WIP. 
• Observe safety and security procedures.
• Make report(s) in time.
• Well organize team’s presence.
• Meet productivity standards, including completing work in a timely manner for team's KPI.
• Autonomous support another group in warehouse when available.
• Related warehouse ISO engaged.
• Arrange team OT if necessary and give them right instructions if you (must) leave in time.
 

Qualifications:


• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred 
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. and ability to utilize a “buddy system” for products weighing more than 50 lbs.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of basic computer skills, MS Office a preferred.
• Ability to do basic math calculations
• Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness
• Spoken and written English language ability
• Good team player
• Flexible, self-motivated, resourceful, reliable, trustworthy and productive
