Job Summary:

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager – Key Components to support the product lifecycle and supply chain management of critical server components. This role will work closely with Purchasing, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Finance, and suppliers to ensure component availability, demand alignment, cost competitiveness, and healthy inventory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support product and component planning based on sales forecasts, production requirements, and business priorities.
• Manage daily component supply, purchase orders, delivery schedules, allocation, and shortage follow-up with suppliers.
• Work closely with Purchasing and suppliers to monitor lead time, capacity, allocation, pricing, and supply constraints.
• Analyze sales forecast vs. actual demand, inventory levels, open POs, consumption, and production plans to identify supply and inventory risks.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations to align customer demand, build plans, material readiness, and shipment requirements.
• Monitor key components through the entire lifecycle, from forecast → sourcing → PO → supplier allocation → delivery → production → excess/aging inventory.
• Support new product introductions (NPI) by coordinating component readiness, supplier qualification, pricing, and ramp-up requirements.
• Identify excess, obsolete, slow-moving, and shortage risks and work with cross-functional teams on mitigation plans.
• Prepare regular inventory, supply, demand, and supplier performance reports for management review.
• Maintain accurate product, supplier, pricing, PO, forecast, and inventory data.
• Support supplier business reviews and drive follow-up on delivery, quality, allocation, pricing, and service issues.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, dashboards, trackers, and analytical tools to improve purchasing and product management processes.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in product management, purchasing, supply chain, procurement, operations, or a related field; new graduates with strong analytical and internship experience may also be considered.
• Strong Excel/data analysis skills; experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data and translate findings into clear business actions.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across Purchasing, Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and suppliers.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment with changing priorities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience with server, semiconductor, GPU, CPU, memory, storage, networking, or other technology components is a plus.

Salary Range

$75,000 - $90,000 

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
