Job Summary:
We are seeking a Corporate Compliance Manager to drive the strategy and daily execution of our global compliance program. In this high-impact role, you will safeguard the company by managing core risk areas including the Code of Conduct, conflict of interest reviews, anti-fraud initiatives, and the Ethics Hotline. You will bridge proactive remediation with thorough investigations, leading end-to-end responses to misconduct with a primary focus on anti-fraud detection, FCPA/anti-corruption, antitrust/anti-monopoly, international trade, export controls, sanctions, and restricted technology diversion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Program Governance & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Program Management: Oversee the daily operations of the compliance program, ensuring strict adherence to the Code of Conduct, conflict of interest policies, and global anti-fraud protocols.
- Anti-Fraud & Regulatory Frameworks: Maintain comprehensive compliance frameworks covering the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA)/anti-corruption, antitrust/anti-monopoly, and anti-unfair competition laws.
- Risk Mitigation: Assist in conducting comprehensive risk assessments, translating fraud, antitrust, and trade vulnerabilities into actionable internal controls.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Internal Audit, Legal, Operations, and Engineering teams to integrate compliance and fraud prevention measures into daily workflows.
- Training & Awareness Campaigns: Collaborate with Internal Communications to execute and track mandatory compliance training programs, focused heavily on FCPA, anti-corruption, antitrust, and other critical legal and regulatory areas.
Investigations & Trade Enforcement
- Internal Investigations: Manage the full lifecycle of whistleblowers, fraud, and misconduct cases, including hotline triage, digital forensic evidence gathering, and professional witness interviews.
- Trade Enforcement Execution: Provide comprehensive support for the full lifecycle of high-risk trade enforcement investigations and technology diversion cases.
- Sanctions Risk Management: Support high-risk trade enforcement investigations regarding sanctions breaches, restricted GPUs, and unauthorized hardware diversion.
Metrics & Reporting
- Documentation & Dashboards: Maintain meticulous records for audit readiness and build leadership-level dashboards to track fraud prevention metrics and Ethics Hotline cases.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in international Trade, Law, Business, Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years in corporate compliance, forensic/internal investigations, anti-fraud program management, export control, or sanctions compliance.
- Regulatory Expertise: Proven track record of managing and training teams on FCPA/anti-corruption laws, antitrust/anti-monopoly regulations, anti-unfair competition frameworks, and hardware/technology diversion risks.
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills for drafting risk assessment policies and investigative reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- Credentials: CPA, CIA, CCEP, CFE, JD, or Master’s degree.
- Software: Familiarity with data analytics tools, case management software (e.g., NAVEX/EthicsPoint, Convercent), or ServiceNow.
- Language: Mandarin fluency or professional proficiency is highly desired.
Salary Range
$162,000 - $188,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
