Job Summary:

Supermicro is seeking a superstar Corporate Strategy Analyst to join the team. You will focus on competitive intelligence, assist Investor Relations, and play a major role in driving critical strategic transformation efforts. At the end of the day, you will work on projects that impact business performance. While directly reporting to the SVP of Corporate Strategy, you will have opportunities to collaborate with key members of the Executive team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Corporate Strategy team has high visibility within Supermicro and is a trusted advisor to senior management. As a Corporate Strategy Analyst, you will work on projects that help craft the company’s business vision and strategy. In addition, you will:

  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to inform, guide, and execute strategic priorities
  • Develop unique insights on our markets, competitors, and business trends
  • Contribute to large corporate initiatives both on an on-going basis and on an ad-hoc basis
  • Quantitative analyses and advanced modeling which translates data into actionable insights
  • Have cross-functional support across internal and external stakeholders
  • Have an opportunity to contribute to the Investor Relations program


  • MBA or CFA from a world-class institution
  • 3-4+ years of experience at a leading consulting firm, corporate strategy function, or financial services field
  • Experience in Server / Storage / Enterprise / Cloud desired
  • Resourceful with the ability to take initiative and ownership of projects with autonomy
  • High intellectual curiosity, a strong work ethic and a team player mentality
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
