Job Summary:

Supermicro is seeking a passionate and seasoned director who will drive and develop online server business. The ideal candidate not only should have a blend of experience in product management, technology outlook and customer-centric background; he/she also needs to demonstrate leadership quality with proven execution record.

This role is preferred to be located in the headquarters located in San Jose, CA.  Remote will also be considered based on background.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

• Collaborate with system team to identify system portfolio and sales strategies for the online platform

• Lead market analysis and promote business opportunities

• Work with senior management to set revenue targets and marketing panels

• Utilize internal/marketing teams to generate demand and revenue 

• Strategically utilize online platform to promote Supermicro B2B business


• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering field is preferred

• 15 years of industry experience in eCommerce, preferably B2B environment with 7 years of experience in people management role

• Strong leadership – ability to influence cross-functional teams to achieve business success

• Self-motivated, resourceful and creative mindset

• Demonstrate strong organizational, planning and analytical skills

• Ability to lead, collaborate and execute within cross-functional team and fast pace environments.
