Job Summary:

Supermico is seeking for multiple director-level candidate with superior knowledge, leadership, analytical, strategic, and mentorship skills to be part of our fast-growing server department. This individual will work with external clients and feedback to design team to drive the development and improvement of storage server products. Additionally, the candidate will take the lead in create aggressive go-to market plan, and develop product road map, strategically place the in-house server products in the market to ensure maximum visibility. This position will be based at our headquarters located in San Jose, CA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
• Lead a Team to Develop distribution channel  of Desktop/workstation/gaming system products
• Develop channel marketing program with Team member for channel partners.
• Monitor channel partner pipeline Inventory, fulfillment status and competitors information.
• Escalate critical issues to high level management and vendors for solution as needed
• Provide product trainings to channel partners, FAE, sales teams and customers
• Reach Team Target


• BS or MS degree with 10+ years of Client System Product Management, Product Marketing, Distribution Channel management, Sales marketing related work experiences preferred
• Demonstrated ability in product marketing and/or channel management role, must have successful channel developing experience,
• Strong knowledge with computer architectures and/or sales/product marketing business acumen
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers to promote, answer questions, and receive feedback
• Must have a positive presentation and can do attitude
• Good verbal and written for Presentation and  communication skills is a must

Salary Range

$220,000 - $250,000 

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
