Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and self-motivated Product Management Director to play a key role in expanding of our enterprise solutions portfolio, including server, networking, and storage. Additionally, this role requires proven people management skills, including experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

•  Develop and implement targeted business development strategies to acquire net new logos and accounts, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives.

• Collaborate with system engineering team to drive the full product lifecycle, from proof-of-concept to end-of-life.

•  Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business and product development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

•  Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in large enterprises, effectively communicating product and market information to position Supermicro as a trusted partner.

• Collaborate with engineering, product teams, and sales to define product roadmaps that align with enterprise customer needs and emerging technology trends.

•  Lead cross-functional teams to meet company strategic targets.

• Partner closely with internal teams to resolve customer’s inquiry in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and FAE to support pre-sales engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or computer engineering or with equivalent practical experiences; Master's degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 12 years’ experience in the hardware or solution service provider with focus on server, networking, and/or storage as a product or program manager.

• Work efficiently under pressure in cross-functional, fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Operate in an ambiguous environment, taking charge, and having an attention to detail without becoming lost in the details

• Strong understanding of the technology needs and purchasing behaviors of large enterprises, including trends in cloud computing, data centers, and IT solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present in front of customers.

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of making data-driven decisions tailored to enterprise clients.

Salary Range

$185,000 - $250,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
