Job Summary:

 

Summary We are seeking a highly experienced technology partnerships leader to own and scale our strategic relationships with top-tier technology partners and ISVs across the enterprise ecosystem. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between our company and our strategic partners, responsible for driving joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies, co-selling motions, partner marketing initiatives, and technical alignment. The ideal candidate has a deep rolodex in the enterprise technology space and understands how to navigate complex, multi-vendor infrastructure and software deals while crafting compelling joint value propositions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Strategy & Execution:
    Define & execute the global alliance strategy for our primary tier-one technology partners and ecosystem players
  • Joint Go-To-Market (GTM) & Channel Marketing: 
    Develop collaborative business plans, co-marketing initiatives, and sales enablement programs. Design, execute, and measure co-branded demand generation compaigns, webinars, and field events to drive pipeline and mutual revenue growth.
  • Join Product Marketing & Messaging:
    Develop compelling "better together" value propositions and co-branded technical collateral (reference architectures, whitepapers, battle cards, and case studies) that clearly articulate the joint solution to the market.
  • Sales Alignment & Co-Selling:
    Act as the primary liaison between our internal sales teams and partner field organizations. Facilitate account mapping and drive co-sell motions for large scale enterprise deployments.
  • MDF & Campaign Management:
    Strategically allocate and manage Market Development Funds (MD) with partners, tracking the ROI of joint marketing activities and ensuring tight alignment with overall revenue targets.
  • Technical Ecosystem Alignment:
    Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure our solutions are deeply integrated, certified, and optimized with partner platforms.
  • Executive Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong peer-to-peer relationships with senior leadership at partner organizations to ensure strategic alignment and priority support.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 
    10+ years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, partner marketing, or enterprise partnerships within the enterprise software, AI hardware, or IT infrastructure sectors.
  • Domain Expertise:
    Deep technical and commercial understanding of the modern data center, cloud architecture, and the broader enterprise technology ecosystem. GPU systems knowledge is a plus.
  • Marketing Acumen:
    Proven experience crafting join messaging, building partner enablement materials, and running co-marketed demand generation campaigns.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Strong familiarity with the demands of next-generation workloads (including AI and high-performance computing) and the partner ecosystems required to support them.
  • Track Record:
    Proven ability to build multi-million-dollar partnership pipelines from the ground up and negotiage complex, multi-layered alliance agreements.
  • Communication:
    Exceptional executive presence with the ability to articulate complex technical value propositions to both engineering leaders and C-suite executives.
