Job Summary:

As Director of IT, Digital Transformation, your main goal is to enable our global organization through the effective use of IT Technology. As an Enterprise Application Architect, you will triage problems and define efficient and effective processes across functional teams as well as implementing them into IT applications, driving operation excellence and productivity. As an enterprise digital transformation leader, you will communicate pertinent issues to leadership’s attention in an organized and succinct manner. You will engage with a diverse, wide-ranging team including functional and IT professionals across a range of geographies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Translating desired business outcomes into a vision and concrete set of steps to achieve it by establishing approaches and frameworks to help guide teams toward the best outcome
  • Supporting a cross functional team through the process of ideating, prototyping, and ultimately scaling a digital solution to support business growth
  • Engaging with all levels of stakeholders, including C-level, within the digital transformation space to become their ‘go to’ person to open up experience, design, and transformation opportunities
  • Understanding the expectations and evaluating platforms, tools, and processes in the digital ecosystem against those expectations
  • Able to use your business development acumen to identify further opportunities and help grow our practice


  • Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Engineering or similar
  • 15+ years of experience in related roles, with at least five years designing, building, and executing business processes
  • Exceptional communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation
  • Demonstrated success in business process design, optimization, and execution
  • Experience delivering highly complex, global programs and projects
  • Strong relationship management skills with executive stakeholders
  • Deep and broad experience in the Application space
  • Proven track record of leading successful transformation projects
