Job Summary:

Our ideal candidate will be a technically oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic, engineering professional who enjoys interacting with hardware validation and hardware design team. This experienced Electrical Engineer will be responsible for VRM Power debugging, tuning and testing in RD Lab. We fully expect that your experience, drive and oversight will not only benefit the company, but also your personal development. This position will be based out of our San Jose headquarter office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Dedicated on VRM Power debugging, tuning, and testing
• Experience with lab equipment, like oscilloscopes, along with soldering and debugging skills
• Collaborate with RD teams, on VRM failure issue analysis and problem solving
• Enhance the system reliability and quality by reviewing schematic, layout, components spec including inductor, capacitor, PWM IC
• Review validation plans to enlarge the test coverage


• Bachelor or Master's degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering is preferred

• Minimum 1 year of designing experience in board or system level preferred
• Prior working experience of DC-DC Power VRM is desirable
• Excellent team work and communication skills
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic on working in fast-paced environment
• Must have strong inter-personal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal is required
• Must possess excellent teamwork, demonstrating problem solving and prioritization skills
