Job Summary:

The preferred candidate for the position Enterprise Applications Analyst will be responsible for the design, configuration, development and test of SAP applications, as well as performing daily SAP application support.  The candidate must have the skills and experiences in SAP configuration and business process optimization for SAP Logistics modules (MM, PP, QM) and interfaces with non-SAP applications. 

The responsibilities will include, but not limited to, gathering and defining business requirement, system configuration, troubleshooting, testing, managing implementation, documenting processes, supporting data integration with external non-SAP applications, and training users.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as SME and provide expert support to business on current and new functionalities
  • Provide expert support to business on current and new functionalities. Prepare functional specifications for SAP RICEFW modules aligning with business needs.
  • Support procurement, inventory, production planning, quality management, and distribution processes.
  • Resolve logistics-related incidents efficiently through troubleshooting, bug fixes, collaborating with technical resources, and managing SAP tickets.
  • Work with developers to implement SAP RICEFW solutions and collaborate with other SAP functional teams (CRM, SD, FI/CO) to ensure seamless integration of end-to-end business processes.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with business users, process owners, technical teams, and functional teams.
  • Partner with BASIS and business owners to define, implement, and resolve user SAP authorizations.
  • Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing. Develop and deliver user training documentation.
  • Knowledge of SAP BI/BO analysis tools (WebI, Lumira Discovery) a plus.
  • Performs related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS (Business/Management Information System) or related field is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full cycle implementation of SAP MM, PP and/or QM modules
  • Minimum 3 years of designing and configuring SAP MM, PP and/or QM modules knowledge
  • Knowledge and exposure to other SAP modules (CRM, SD, FI/CO, SAP BI/BO) and troubleshooting SAP Authorization is desirable
  • Prior experience in the Computer Manufacturing Industry supporting MRP (Material Requirement Planning), procurement, inventory management, production, production planning and quality management is preferred 
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and team collaboration skills
  • Knowledge in technical proficiency in the following SAP technology: ABAP/SQL Programming, SAP BI/BW, and various SAP BusinessObjects (BO) tools such as Web Intelligence (WebI) and Lumira Discovery is desirable


Please note that this position requires regular in-office attendance. The successful candidate is expected to be present in the office during standard working hours as determined by the company. In-office collaboration and participation in team meetings, training sessions, and other on-site activities are essential aspects of this role. Candidates should consider the commuting distance and be prepared to fulfill their responsibilities in the designated office location.

Salary Range

$113,000 - $145, 000 

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
