Job Summary:
Supermicro is headquartered in San Jose, CA, is a global leader in high performance, high efficiency server technology and innovation. The Inventory Control Coordinator that can work closely with all related departments to meet priority on customers’ requests on a daily basis is who we are looking for. This position is responsible for overseeing the entire inventory transactions and ensuring inventory integrity and accuracy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
• Supporting physical materials movements and inventory control management
• Developing and implementing inventory control procedures and best practices
• Managing inventory transfer and ensuring accurate balances
• Managing timely processing of inventory movement to meet timely requirements
• Assisting RTV teams in handling inventory transactions and generate reports through SAP
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline inventory processes and resolve discrepancies in inventory records
• Tracking inventory levels and identifying trends
• Supporting and performing inventory audit count process on RMA inventory
• Performing necessary reconciliation and adjustments for inventory accuracy
• Assisting in internal and external audits
Qualifications:
• Minimum of AA degree or equivalent working experience preferred
• 1+ year of experience in inventory control, warehouse management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and discrepancies
• Experience working in fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adaptability to changing priorities and a willingness to learn
• Proficient with MS office
Salary Range
$23/hour - $28/hour
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
